i hate it when customers call and are rude because i didn’t get it the first time they said something, like it’s my fault i didn’t hear it, or they spoke too fast. Im so sorry but i wanna see you going to a place where you have to speak spanish and us here being rude to you because you, mostly just speak english, and don’t get anything that we are saying. Fucking rude people jeeez.
They say things like:
-Where are you located?
- I want someone who speaks american.
- Are you in the Philipines?

So racist. dude….

and no, im not in the Philipines, American is not a language and im in Costa Rica
